Our history
1982
In Milan, which was reborn from the "leaden years", Studio Legale Tramontano Guerritore was founded. It handles important and innovative processes related to organized crime and to the protection of new-born, women's and personal rights.
2006
Mr. P. Baldassarre holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Commerce. In the same year, he began his apprenticeship to become an accountant and auditor at the Milan ODCEC Association.
2010
After having met during the course of studies at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, F. Dozio, M. F. Iacuone and T. Tramontano Guerritore graduated in Law.
2012
Mr. P. Baldassarre becomes a Chartered Accountant and Auditor at the Milan ODCEC Association, while Mr. Dozio, Mr. Iacuone and Mr. Tramontano Guerritore pass the Bar Examination at the Court of Appeal of Milan.
2013
After passing the exam, they begin to practice law at different law firms in Milan and Monza, at the same time laying the foundations of their collaboration and developing the idea of founding their own firm.
2016
Attorneys F. Dozio and M. F. Iacuone, after having cooperated in various processes, founded the law firm Dozio Iacuone, continuing the collaboration with Mr. P. Baldassarre and Atty. T. Tramontano Guerritore.
2017
After a fruitful period of integration and collaboration, they decide to join forces. Thus, the law and tax firm DIT & Partners was born.
Practitioners
Born on 26.10.1985 in Monza, after graduating from Liceo Scientifico – Collegio della Guastalla in Monza with a mark of 96/100, in 2004, he enrolled at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan - Faculty of Law where he graduated with full marks (110/110 - average mark: 28.1) in July 2010, with a thesis in Industrial Law entitled "Le invenzioni dipendenti" – Advisor: Atty./Prof. M. S. Spolidoro.
Before obtaining a Master's Degree in Law, he had begun collaborating with the D'Amico Law Firm, which specialises in criminal law, where he also successfully completed his internship. Since June 2012, he has continued to train, deepening his skills in criminal law, dealing with numerous proceedings and providing extensive advice in the field of corporate criminal law, at the Law Firm Romani & Sgroi. In 2012/2013, after having passed the State Examination at the Court of Appeal of Milan on his first attempt, he enrolled in the Bar Association of Monza (30.10.2013), and founding his own Law Firm in June 2014. In 2014, he obtained a second Master's Degree in Business Criminal Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with a score of 27/30 in the final exam and wrote a paper entitled "Diritto penale e gruppi di società: problematiche applicative" - Tutor/Advisor: Atty./Prof. P. A. Marino.
From the collaborations with colleagues M. F. Iacuone and T. Tramontano Guerritore, both specialized in civil law, as well as with Mr. P. Baldassarre, an expert in tax and tax law, in January 2016, the Law Firm Dozio Iacuone was founded and, after two years of profitable activity and constant specialization in criminal law, became a founding partner of the Law and Tax Firm DIT&P.
Within the Firm he holds the position of expert in criminal law, in line with the philosophy of high specialization that characterizes DIT&P.
He has been a member of the Criminal Chamber of Monza since 2012.
He has a strong command of English and French.

Born on 18.09.1985 in Milan, after graduating from Liceo Scientifico - B. Russell di Garbagnate, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2004, where he graduated with honours, in April 2010, with a thesis in Industrial Law ("I marchi collettivi in ambito agroalimentare" – Advisor: Atty./Prof. S. Spolidoro - Co-Advisor: Atty. F. Morri) which, later, will become the subject of publication.
He began his legal practice in 2010 at the Studio Legale Calvi - Cassamagnaghi and, in 2012/2013, he took the State Examination for the Qualification to the Bar at the Court of Appeal of Milan, an examination he passed the first time, becoming a lawyer in October, 2013.
He then continued to practice as a lawyer with said Firm until 2016, deepening his skills in civil law and dealing with a large volume of litigations.
At the same time, he collaborates with colleagues F. Dozio in Monza (with whom, in January 2016, he founded the Law Firm Dozio Iacuone) and T. Tramontano Guerritore in Milan, as well as with Mr. P. Baldassarre, specialized in tax matters.
In 2017, after two years of profitable activity and constant specialisation in civil litigation and extra-judicial consultancy, he became a Founding Partner of the DIT&P Law and Tax Firm.
Author of publications ("Il marchio collettivo geografico", in Il Diritto Industriale, 2014), his areas of activity, focused on the civil sphere in line with the philosophy of high specialization that characterizes the DIT&P Firm, are particularly identified in the field of commercial law and civil liability.
He has a strong command of the English language.
Passionate mountaineer, since 2017 he has been an alpinism instructor for a well-known school of the Italian Alpine Club, where he is also active in the institutional field.
Distant from any political group but determined to improve his community with the contribution of its expertise, since 2019 he’s been a member of the Urban Planning and Territory Commission of the Municipality of Novate Milanese as a technical expert.

In 2010, he also began practicing law at his father's (Atty. A. Tramontano Guerritore) historic Law Firm, deepening his skills, dealing with numerous disputes and providing extensive advice in the field of civil law, until deciding to continue his training abroad.
As of 2015, having also obtained the title of European Lawyer at the European Court of Strasbourg, he decided to return to Italy by registering in the Milan Bar Association first as an established Lawyer and, from 16.12.2021, as an ordinary Lawyer.
In 2016, he began to collaborate with colleagues F. Dozio and M. F. Iacuone, experts in criminal and civil law respectively, and already owners of the Law Firm Dozio Iacuone, as well as with Mr. P. Baldassarre, expert in tax and finance, and after two years of fruitful activity and constant specialization in civil law became a founding partner of the Law Firm DIT&P.

Born on 23.10.1947 in Torre Annunziata, in July 1976, he graduated in Law at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
Once he passed the State Examination at the Court of Appeal of Milan, he enrolled in the relevant Bar Association in February 1982 and, collaborating with his colleague G. Fiorella, founded his own Law Firm which, during its history of more than twenty years, has dealt with important and innovative processes related to both organized crime and the protection of new-borns, women’s rights and individual rights.
A mainstay of the judicial scene in Milan and reborn from the "leaden years", he has argued as a defence attorney in the most important criminal trials of national interest.
Since May 1996, he has been a member of the Special Register of Supreme Court Barristers and, since 2017, he has made his experience available to DIT&P, in which he represents the "historical memory" of the Profession.

Born on 10.12.1978 in Foggia, after graduating from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale “Pietro Giannone” in Foggia with a grade of 60/60, in 1997, he enrolled at the University of Foggia - Faculty of Economics and Commerce where he graduated with honours (108/110) with a thesis in Labour Law entitled "Il lavoro nello sport dilettantistico" – Advisor: Atty./Prof. T. Germano.
In April 2006, he moved to Monza where he began his training period at the F. Poliani Firm, deepening his skills in labour law and personnel administration and also dealing with tax and civil obligations in the management of numerous companies.
Since September 2009, he has continued his training as a consultant, expanding his skills in corporate matters in the field of tax and tax consulting for companies, at the historic firm Studio Dott N. Ribis & Partners.
He has been on the Milan Register of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors from January 2012 and, until 2019, has also held the position of Sole Director of Professional Sistem S.r.l., with registered office in Cinisello Balsamo, Piazza Gramsci n. 58/A, a company which processes accounting data.
Since 2016, he has been working with the lawyers F. Dozio, specialized in criminal law, M. F. Iacuone and T. Tramontano Guerritore, both experts in civil law, and after about two years of profitable activity and constant specialization in the tax-tax field, became a partner at DIT&P.
